By using ClaudeOrNot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ClaudeOrNot is a free AI-powered tool that analyzes your AI agent functionality descriptions and recommends whether they belong in a skill.md file or agents.md / CLAUDE.md configuration file.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service without an account. Creating an account allows you to save your analysis history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. AI-Generated Content

The recommendations and markdown content generated by ClaudeOrNot are produced by AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations for your specific use case.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Attempt to exploit or disrupt the Service
Use automated means to access the Service beyond rate limits
Reverse engineer or extract the AI prompts used by the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The ClaudeOrNot service, including its name, branding, and proprietary AI prompts, is owned by A2ZSoft. The AI-generated markdown content produced from your descriptions is yours to use as you see fit.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
